White Chocolate Ruffle

The delicious cake is made up of filled multi-tiered sponge cake layers, covered in dozens of crisp handmade chocolate ruffles for a truly decadent edible chocolate sculpture.
 

The cake can be covered in milk, white or dark chocolate ruffles, or you might opt to have a mixture of all three kinds of chocolate and the cake layers inside can be chosen from a wide range of our delectable sponges.
