LETTER OF THE MONTH
I would just like to say a very big thank you
for the most beautiful cake that you made for Tim & Laura's wedding
at Blair Estate. The cake not only looked stunning, it also tasted
wonderful.
The cake was a big topic of conversation on
the day and no one could actually believe until they tasted them,
that they were actually maltesers, they shone so much in the
spotlights. People are still commenting on it , they were so

I am writing to say a huge thank you as I absolutely loved it - it was exactly what I envisaged when I gave you an idea of what I was looking for, the flowers looked fantastic, people thought they were real! Everyone thought it was stunning and tasted fantastic, my Mum said it was the best wedding cake she has ever tasted! Thank you also for making the gluten free tier for me - it was so yummy and it was amazing to be able to eat a piece of my own wedding cake, which I never thought I'd be able to do. ..... over the moon I was with my 'Fairytale Castle Cake', it was exactly what I've

I would just like to Thank you for creating the perfect cake for my best
friend's Wedding on Saturday. The bride and groom really loved it and
everyone was very complimentary. Not only did it look great - it tasted
even better. Mr. & Mrs. Hay, who own Duns Castle, said it was the best
replica cake they have ever seen and were delighted with the accuracy and
detailing that went into its design. |

Thank you so much for the Wedding Cake. It looked fantastic and was a big hit

to the theme and the calla lilies on top were perfect. A lot of people thought

We can't
thank you enough for the incredible, fantastic, beautiful and delicious
wedding cake you made for us. It was everything we wanted and more!
Our guests were amazed at the flowers and couldn't believe that they were
not real! The lemon sponge was heavenly and the fruit cake, which went to
France, was devoured with Gaelic passion! |

You must have had hot ears on the day of our
Wedding as everyone was talking about our most beautiful Wedding Cake. The
colour of the roses was perfect; everyone thought the sugar flowers were real!
All our guests thought it was the most divine cake they'd tasted, full of
flavour, so moist and just left a gorgeous taste in your mouth. The chocolate
cake was fought over! Whilst having our photograph taken cutting the
cake our photographer said "I wouldn't cut that, I'd buy a china cabinet!" |

The cake was absolutely amazing. One guest
told me twice it was the best tasting wedding cake she'd ever had, and everyone
marvelled at it.

I would like to send a big, huge thank you for my wonderful wedding cake. It
looked spectacular, tasted delicious and was just as I hoped. There were
many admiring comments and I can truly say that the guests were stunned -
some didn't believe that it was a real cake, until they tasted it!

What can I say? The
ruffled chocolate cake was the talk of the Wedding! It had more
photographs taken of it than the bride did. What a gorgeous,
beautiful, outstanding cake. Thank you so much for all your
efforts - and at such short notice. We really loved the cake and
the bride had a little cry over it. It tasted wonderful, which you
don't always expect with a wedding cake. I will definitely be
recommending Rainbow Sugarcraft whenever I possibly can. |

rummaging around in the pantry for containers, she came across a tin with a
substantial hunk of the MAGNIFICENT cake you made for my 70th. Now, some
two and a half years old, it is still moist, tastes SUPERB (as good as it ever
did) and the detail on the icing is as precise and legible as ever.... |

customers:- Our Wedding Cake was amazing to look at and delicious to taste. As I went into the hall for the ceremony I walked past it and forced all the Wedding Party to simply stare because it was truly a work of art!! Our cake was for me more of an important decision than the flowers, table decorations, etc so living in London, being married in Scotland and choosing a supplier was not easy. You were fantastic all along the way and I knew you'd do a great job. I'd recommend you to anybody getting hitched. So many guests told me how delicious it was I wanted to put pen to paper to pass those comments onto the two people who so deserve them!
