French Croquembouche with flavoured Creme Pattiseries and extra Nougatine Brittle

This croquembouche had mixed creme pattierie fillings of Carmalised Toffee, Madagascan Vanilla Bean and Dark Belgian Chocolate.

 

The groom requested extra nougatine pieces to decorate the base and the croquembouche was served with a rich Belgian Chocolate pouring sauce.
