A traditional French Croquembouche Wedding Cake, decorated with Pink Wafer roses to match the bride's theme.

These towering profiterole towers make a wonderful Wedding dessert and cake combination and can be served with our rich Premium Belgian Chocolate pouring sauce, if desired.


The choux buns are freshly baked on the morning of your Wedding so they are as light and deliciously fresh as possible.  They are then filled with a fresh creme patisserie and carmalised together to form a high towering shape.
