These towering profiterole towers make a wonderful Wedding dessert and cake combination and can be served with our rich Premium Belgian Chocolate pouring sauce, if desired.

 

The choux buns are freshly baked on the morning of your Wedding before being filled with creme patisserie then assembled into a high tower with caramel.

 

They make a magnificent center piece and this one was also decorated with a personalised barrister groom climbing to catch up with his impatient bride.
