An English Rose & Scottish Thistle Jackie had very firm ideas on how she wanted her Wedding Cake to look and together we devised a classic pillared cake, with ribbon insertion of Flower of Scotland tartan on each tier. English sugarcraft roses and Scottish thistles represent the union of a couple from either side of the Border.

'Wonderful Wedding Cake - Thank You! Just to say that we can't thank you enough for our wedding cake of 'Rose and Thistle' for our wedding at Atholl Palace, Pitlochry. We were very impressed and it was just as we'd hoped it would be! I've attached a photograph of us cutting the cake.
