Chocolate roses and possibly the world's first chocolate thistles nestle amongst taffeta effect chocolate folds.

Mike and his Best Man have a passion for Battenberg and there was a time when it looked as thought the whole cake would be this flavour! Common sense prevailed and, so the boys were not too disappointed, we made them two miniature Battenberg favours.

What can we
say…..Fantastic!!!
The cake was
amazing, well above our expectations and that was even before we tasted
it. We got so many compliments on both how it looked and tasted.
I was so excited
about seeing the cake that I had someone take a photo of it for me so
that I could have a sneak preview while I was getting ready – you did a
great job with the chocolate thistles.
The Battenberg cakes
were certainly not shared and did not last long……well remembered and a
touch appreciated by Mike.
I have enclosed a
